We have a Staff Training Program to assist our employee’s progress with their career, and enable them to be better involved, this can include any all driving licences, Hi-Ab Certifications, as well as industry Based Recovery Training.
Working in the workshops can prove equally a challenge as working filtering down from the recovery side of the business can drop a demand for unusual job and give you a challenge.
Our office staff can also reap the benefits of the training programs if they would like to be more involved than purely doing the 9-5 in the office.
We also offer Staff Discounts at WRS Motaquip, and internally in our workshops for MOT’s and Body Work.

Commerical Mechanic

HGV Commercial Technician Position has come available at Weston recovery Services.
The Technician will be responsible for our own Fleet, our Customer Vehicles on Maintenance Schedules and we also Take Retail drop in work.
The ideal Candidate will be time served, or Qualified, with competency with Hydraulics, Electrics, Diagnostics, Service Repair work, MOT inspections, MOT Presentation and Road Tests.
Working Week will be 44 Hours, Monday - Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays. Overtime will be required once in a while to Keep the Fleet Operational.
Salary Will be negotiable on Experience and Qualifications, Salary between 20K and 30K
The applicant should be polite, punctual and may occasionally have to speak to customers on our behalf.A clean driving licence is preferred however certain endorsements may be considered.

Heavy Breakdown Recovery Technician

The ideal skill set for this Technician; strong ability to think on your feet, good improvisation, CE, Mechanical Training (Formal Or Time Served), Recovery Experience would be advantageous.
The Job Opportunity comes with a Van and you will be required to work along side the Rota as well as the on call.
Wage is based on Hourly Rate and Overtime. Further Job Opportunity's will be offered at request as well as Subsidized CPC Hours.
Training available for a class one HGV CE Driver with the right skill set.
